Welcome to select silver website. If you continue to browse and use our website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Select Silver relationship with you in relationship with this website.
1. We supply worldwide delivery goods cannot be made to any PO Box number. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
2. We collect information only to process the order information is not passed on to any other companies or organisations.
3. Once an order has been processed we aim to deliver items within a 5 working day period.
4. Our preferred method of contact is via e-mail you can do this on the web site contact link. We endeavour to respond to emails within 24hrs. If you need to contact us details are given below.
5. All our Jewellery is carefully checked before being boxed; if for any reason you have a problem, please inform us as soon as possible.
6. Cooling off period of 7 days to cancel your order and 30 days to return item in original condition and packaging and not to have been worn. Pierced earrings and Navel Jewellery for hygiene purposes are excluded and can only be returned if the item has a genuine fault.
7. Returns Policy all goods are returned or exchanged at your own cost. Returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the goods have not been used and are in saleable condition items that have been scratched or marked will indicate that it has been used and will have to be returned. All returns are at your cost we recommend items returned by Royal Mail Recorded.
8. Select Silver gives measurements of our Jewellery for your guidance only, we do try to be as accurate as possible, Length of Pendants include the Bail (the loop where the chain will go through) this gives our customers a more accurate measurement as to the length of chain required.
9. We do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with your PC; we cannot accept liability for any loss of data or any other damage resulting to your PC.
10. Postage is a standard charge of £1.50 per order Recorded Delivery (signed for) or £5.00 for Registered delivery advisable for items purchased over the value of £30.00.
11. This website contains material which is owned to Select Silver, design look images. Reproduction is prohibited.
12. Payment can be made Credit/Debit Cards through our easy to use checkout, via secure servers Pay Pal.co.uk, you no longer have to sign up to pay pal. Cheque or Postal orders are made payable to Select Silver go to the checkout you can then post payment to us at the address, once we have received your cheque and it has cleared we will despatch your goods.
