1) All of our Products are Sterling Silver, and every effort is made to give our customers details and approximate sizes of the items. Note Lengths of Pendants will include the Bail (Loop the chain fits through).
2) There is only one charge of £2.00 Postage per order regardless of how many items you may buy UK this is Royal mail recorded delivery, orders over the value of £35.00 it is advisable to opt for the Royal mail special deilvery this is fully insured, International orders are £5.00 Registered delivery.
3) All our chains supplied with the pendants are sterling silver of variable designs, snake, box, and curb, chains are availavle in diffrent lengths and the option and price will be indicated, if another length is required you can email to request this at the checkout or email sales@selectsilver.co.uk
4) Our Jewellery will be presented in a black quality cardboad box of an appropriate size for the Jewellery item, charms are presented in a small box or pouch.
5) Once an order has been accepted and payment made, we will aim to despatch the goods to you within a 5 working day period, usually goods are dispatched sooner, an email is sent to notify customers.
6) We deilver goods within the UK, and international.
