All orders are dispatched within 3 working days in our secure packaging and delivered by the Royal Mail. They have two forms of delivery to choose from.
1. Recorded delivery by the Royal Mail. Price £2.00
Recorded delivery carries a 1 – 3 day delivery time and receives a signature on arrival. This has no guaranteed delivery time and its only standard compensation if the items get lost.
2. Royal Mail Registered Delivery (Special). Price £5.00
Registered is now known as special delivery. It is a guaranteed next day delivery service, that will get there before 1pm the next day. It’s the most secure service that travels separate from the ordinary mail and gets scanned every time it changes hands and can be tracked the whole way.
NB: We recommend that all orders over £35.00 are sent via Royal Mail Registered Delivery (Special).
